Every feature, explained plainly

What MyPupHub actually does.

Every feature in MyPupHub came from a real thing we wanted to track, remember, or stop worrying about. No app-store fluff — just what you'd actually use it for.

Dashboard

Your dog's home screen

A time-of-day greeting, upcoming reminders, quick actions for walks, meals, and moods. When you have multiple dogs, a selector row at the top flips the whole screen between profiles in one tap.

Journal

Every walk, meal, and mood

Log walks with duration, record what your pup ate, note medications, track moods, flag symptoms for the next vet visit. Photos and tags optional. Over time, patterns emerge that make vet conversations meaningfully more productive.

My Pups

A real profile for every dog

Name, breed, birthday, sex, weight, microchip, vet, insurance. Each profile has Overview, Health, Exercise, and Training tabs. Switch pups with the chip row and the whole app stays in sync with the one you selected.

Health tracking

Records, reminders, and a vet-records inbox

Vaccines, medications, weight trends, daily health check-ins. Each dog can have a dedicated email address you share with your clinic — lab results and visit summaries arrive in the app for you to approve into the dog's health history.

Nutrition

Breed-specific guidance, barcode scanner, food comparisons

Browse nutrition guidance tailored to your dog's breed and life stage. Scan a bag barcode to look up a specific food. Compare options side by side. Ask the AI Nutrition Advisor a specific question and get an answer that uses your dog's profile.

Exercise

Activity goals and breed-aware guidance

Set daily goals, log walks and play sessions, watch the weekly chart. Breed exercise guidelines are built in, so you know whether your Border Collie needs two hours or your Basset Hound is happy with a stroll.

Training

Session logs, command mastery, breed-specific starting points

Log training sessions, track time spent, build a command mastery record. Breed training guides give you a starting point — because training a Labrador and training a Basenji are genuinely different experiences.

Safety

Breed hazards, household risks, and an AI safety advisor

Breed-specific hazards, household items to keep out of reach, seasonal dangers, travel tips, emergency preparedness. Ask the AI Safety Advisor specific questions ("Is this plant toxic?") and get answers that always direct urgent situations to the vet.

Breed Research

A searchable library of breed profiles

Temperament, lifespan, exercise needs, grooming requirements, common health considerations — plain language, easy to compare. Great starting point before visiting a breeder or shelter.

Adoptions

Real listings from rescues and shelters near you

Search by breed, age, size, or location. Every listing is from a real rescue organization with real photos and a direct path to contact them. Support rescue dogs who deserve a great home.

Family sharing

Everyone on the same page

Invite your partner, kids, or dog walker to share a dog's profile. When they log a walk or note that the dog skipped breakfast, you see it immediately. No more wondering whether the dog got their medication this morning.

Local discovery

Find vets, groomers, daycares, and parks nearby

Live Google Places data — accurate hours, phone numbers, directions. Save favorites for later. The kind of tool that makes a real difference on a rushed Tuesday morning when you need a last-minute groomer.
