Your dog's health information is personal, and MyPupHub treats it that way. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. If you have a question, write to us at contact@mypuphub.net.
What we store
We store the information you enter about yourself and your dogs: profile details (name, breed, birthday, weight, photos), health records (vaccines, medications, visits, weight history, daily check-ins), journal entries, family-sharing relationships, and vet-record emails you have explicitly approved into a dog's history. Account data lives on secure infrastructure and is encrypted in transit.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't use your data for advertising. We don't share it with third-party analytics or marketing services for profiling. We don't upload anything from your device that you haven't chosen to add to a dog's profile or journal.
Vet records inbox
Each dog can have a dedicated email address you share with your clinic. Documents sent to that address arrive in the app for you to preview and approve into the dog's health history, or dismiss. No other user can see another dog's inbox. Only people you explicitly invite via family sharing can see a dog's records.
AI features
MyPupHub includes optional AI assistants for Health, Nutrition, Exercise, Training, and Safety topics. They are informational only — never diagnostic, never a substitute for a veterinarian. When you ask an AI assistant a question, the assistant uses your dog's profile (breed, age, weight, relevant logged history) to produce a more relevant answer. You can turn AI features off at any time in your profile settings. When AI features are off, no dog information is sent to the AI service.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the mobile app. Deletion is permanent and removes all records we hold about you and your dogs.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect so you have a real chance to review them.
