Terms of service

These are the terms for using MyPupHub. We've tried to keep them short, honest, and in plain language. If something here isn't clear, write to us at contact@mypuphub.net and we'll explain.
Your account
MyPupHub accounts are created in the iOS or Android app. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. If you share a dog's profile with family members, everyone you invite can see that dog's records.
Use of the service
You agree to use MyPupHub for its intended purpose — tracking and caring for dogs in your family. Don't try to break in, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service. Don't use it in ways that would harm other users or our ability to keep the lights on.
Not a substitute for a veterinarian
MyPupHub is a record-keeping and guidance tool. It is not a veterinary service. AI features are informational only and never diagnose illness or prescribe treatment. If your dog needs care, contact a licensed veterinarian — and in an emergency, contact an emergency veterinary clinic immediately.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into MyPupHub — photos, journal entries, health records. By using the service, you give us the narrow permission needed to store that content, show it to you and people you've invited via family sharing, and operate the features you've enabled. That's it.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep MyPupHub available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features over time. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your data is removed according to the privacy policy.
Liability
MyPupHub is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Steven Starr LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. These terms don't limit rights that can't legally be limited.
